Yearbooks CA registration is $350/person. Hotel arrangements must be made directly with the hotel if you plan to stay overnight. When reserving your rooms, be sure to use our discounted group rate of $129/night.
Check-in begins at 8:30am on Saturday, July 28 and closes at 9:30am. Every participant must check-in during this time. A registration packet will include additional information, camp materials, name tag, class information and workshop materials.
Advisers and chaperones are responsible for the safety and supervision of their students at all times. Nightly room-checks will not be provided by camp directors or staff. Advisers and chaperones are also responsible for following their school and/or district policies for transportation and supervision during the conference.
All meals will be the responsibility of the attendees, advisers and chaperones. Ample meal times will be scheduled for off-site meals at any of the surrounding area locations. Restaurant guides may be found on the Doubletree Hotel website.
As conference activities start early in the morning and continue late into the evening, we strongly recommend attendees stay the hotel. Those attendees who wish to attend camp as a commuter are welcome and are required to check-in on Saturday, July 28 from 8:30am to 9:30am to receive their registration materials. YBCA begins at 9:30am.
Each student is expected to attend every class, but attendance is not taken during Yearbooks CA.
The hotel now charges a daily rate for parking at the hotel. We’re negotiating for a discounted rate.
Yearbooks CA accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged equipment brought to camp by participants.
Advisers and chaperones are responsible for the safety, supervision and adherence to their school/district emergency policies and procedures.
We can accept PayPal, Bank Transfers, Discover/Amex/MC/Visa Credit Cards or Advisers can request an invoice to be paid by your school. To request an invoice just contact Adam at 916/317-3566 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also pay by check made out to Yearbooks CA. Registration info and full payment must be received by July 15.
Once registrations are received, no refunds will be made, but you may transfer registration to another student from your school. Sorry, partial refunds cannot be credited for days not in attendance.
